How do I make a purchase?

Shopping at limitededitionlb.com is easy: browse by brand or category, add items to your shopping bag and follow the prompts at checkout.

Can I place an order for out of stock items?

Orders cannot be placed for out of stock items, unless it clearly states it is an order on request item, this will be displayed on the product page. Stock levels are shown live on each product page. Products are not reserved until your order has been confirmed.

Do I need to open an account to place an order online?

No, you can use the guest checkout to complete your order. Having an account not only speeds up the order process, but you will also be able to see your order history; save your personal and payment details as well as edit your favorite items.

Which payment options do you accept?

We accept payment from all major credit and debit cards. The payment will be debited once your order is confirmed. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept payments via Paypal at this time.

Is the ordering process secure?

Yes; at Limited Edition we maintain the highest levels of security. Our site uses high-level SSL encryption technology, the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions.

SHIPPING

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility and are automatically calculated at checkout, based on the size of the item and the country of delivery.

Are customs duties included in the shipping cost?

All orders are shipped from our Beirut based boutique and therefore customs duties are not included in our international shipping costs to delivery countries outside of Lebanon. Your delivery country's import duties may be charged to you when your parcel reaches customs. As custom duties are out of our control, we are unable to confirm the financial limits that exempt you from being charged. We are also unable to advise what these custom duties may be as these are governed locally and not charged by Limited Edition Boutique. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Which courier do you use?

For deliveries within Lebanon, our drivers will deliver your order to your doorstep the next working day. This service is free of charge when the order value exceeds 50 USD.

For deliveries outside of Lebanon, we use Aramex as our courier.

What are the estimated delivery times?

Owing to the exclusive nature of our collection, the delivery times depend on the product concerned. Our aim is to deliver all orders within the specified times at checkout once receipt of payment has been confirmed. For customized orders and backordered items, please understand that the delivery time can be longer. We will send you a shipping confirmation by e-mail on the day we ship the products.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes. You will be able to track your delivery with our courier once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email when your parcel has left our warehouse, and this will include your tracking number so that you are able to follow the progress of your parcel.

What happens if my order arrives damaged or is incorrect?

If your item(s) has arrived in an unsuitable condition please send an email to info@limitededitionlb.com attaching photographs clearly showing evidence of the damage. State your order number as a reference and include your telephone number. We will get in touch with you and try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible for you.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

What is your returns policy within Lebanon?

You can return the items to us within 7 days of receipt of your goods for a full refund. The item(s) you wish to return needs to be new, unused and in its original packaging in a saleable condition.

The following items cannot be returned nor refunded:

  • Made to order
  • Custom products
  • Discounted products

You can return online orders at our store in Central Beirut or alternatively, by post. Upon receiving the item in like-new, unused & uninstalled condition with all original packaging and materials, we will credit your original payment method for the full price of the item(s). Shipping fees paid by the customer are not refundable.

What is your returns policy for International orders?

We are unable to accept returns on any international orders due to customs, shipping and duty fees. All orders shipped outside of Lebanon are final sale unless it arrives damaged or incorrect.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Once we have received your item, you will be refunded to your original payment method. The refund amount will appear in your account within five working days, depending on your card issuer.

What if I need to change my order?

How do I set up a wishlist?

You can create a wishlist by logging into your account and selecting "My Wishlists". From here you will just need to click "create a new wishlist" and you can then personalise the name of your list and begin adding your desired products to the list immediately. You can easily add items to your list via the product pages on our website too.

Help! I've forgotten my password

If you have forgotten your password that is linked to your account, you can simply go to the log in page and select "forgotten password". From here, you will be asked to enter your email address that is linked to your account and you will receive an email containing a link to re-set your password.
